Care:
Turn the bed linen inside out and close the zipper before washing. Use only liquid mild detergent for wool, silk and fine fabrics. Avoid coloured and heavy-duty detergents, tabs and fabric softeners. Wash in gentle cycle up to max. 60°C. TENCEL™ bed linen can be dried in the dryer at low temperature. However, we recommend air drying to reduce wear. When ironing, use only light pressure and be sure to turn the iron down to the lowest setting to avoid damage to the fibers.

Deliveries to Switzerland and United Kingdom
Please note that we only charge the net amount (excluding VAT) plus any shipping costs. In Switzerland and Great Britain, however, your purchase is subject to customs and VAT! Upon receipt of the product, customs duties, VAT and any other charges must be paid to the shipping service provider against a separate invoice.
It is particularly important to us that you are satisfied with the quality of our products. Therefore, in addition to the statutory right of cancellation for unused, new goods, we offer a voluntary return guarantee of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
After the 14-day cancellation period has expired, you can withdraw from the purchase contract by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt (the period begins on the day of receipt of the goods).
The contractually granted return guarantee does not affect your statutory rights and claims.
