Bio-Timber products are filled with 100% TENCEL™ Lyocell, a natural fiber from the raw material wood, which is obtained from certified and controlled sources. Its temperature balancing and moisture regulating properties make the TENCEL™ fiber the ideal filling. Best sleeping climate & ecology right from the start.
Thanks to the perfect moisture management, even bacteria hardly stand a chance. This means that Bio-Timber upholstery is also ideally suited to people with house dust allergies.
All HEFEL organic products are equipped with the finest Organic Cotton fabric. The cotton used comes from controlled organic cultivation. It is produced in controlled organic farming systems in compliance with strict guidelines and picked by hand. Organic Cotton producers guarantee minimum social standards, sufficient pay and humane working conditions.
The use of pesticides and artificial fertilizers is completely avoided. No chlorine compounds, no optical brighteners and no chlorinated hydrocarbon compounds are used in pre-treatment. Everything from cultivation to the finished quilt is 100% certified organic.

Please note that we only charge the net amount (excluding VAT) plus any shipping costs. In Switzerland and Great Britain, however, your purchase is subject to customs and VAT! Upon receipt of the product, customs duties, VAT and any other charges must be paid to the shipping service provider against a separate invoice.
It is particularly important to us that you are satisfied with the quality of our products. Therefore, in addition to the statutory right of cancellation for unused, new goods, we offer a voluntary return guarantee of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
After the 14-day cancellation period has expired, you can withdraw from the purchase contract by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt (the period begins on the day of receipt of the goods).
The contractually granted return guarantee does not affect your statutory rights and claims.
