The alpaca fiber has a natural sheen. It is breathable, has unique warming properties and contains hardly any lanolin (wool grease). This makes it suitable for allergy sufferers, babies and the most sensitive skin. Dust-repellent, self-cleaning, low-linting and almost completely pilling-free.

Care:
To maintain the unique properties of the alpaca fiber, we recommend gently vacuuming and shaking out the fur products regularly. Occasional brushing with a special brush maintains the natural shine. The wool products can be washed by hand with a mild detergent or wool shampoo in lukewarm water (max.30C) or in the wool wash cycle. We generally recommend professional cleaning for coarse soiling.

Deliveries to Switzerland and United Kingdom
Please note that we only charge the net amount (excluding VAT) plus any shipping costs. In Switzerland and Great Britain, however, your purchase is subject to customs and VAT! Upon receipt of the product, customs duties, VAT and any other charges must be paid to the shipping service provider against a separate invoice.
It is particularly important to us that you are satisfied with the quality of our products. Therefore, in addition to the statutory right of cancellation for unused, new goods, we offer a voluntary return guarantee of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
After the 14-day cancellation period has expired, you can withdraw from the purchase contract by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt (the period begins on the day of receipt of the goods).
The contractually granted return guarantee does not affect your statutory rights and claims.
